Get Ready, were doing another full house renovation in Scottsdale! This has been a year in the making and is going to be a good one! Were taking out the old beige tile and replacing it with luxuries engineered wood flooring throughout. The kitchen is getting a full face life with white stacked cabinets, under and in cabinet lighting with stunning copper pulls. Were mixing a rich white with blue veined Quartz on the perimeter and butcher block island, copper accents throughout. Were removing the dividing wall from the kitchen to formal dining room to create a more elongated kitchen feel accented with cabinet hutches and bench seating. The clients wanted to fully utilize the nook in their living room that had a sink, so were creating this as a coffee bar with a ton of copper details. Both primary and hall bathroom are getting complete make overs. The hall bath will be a printed porcelain fantasy, adored with brushed nickel plumbing. The primary bathroom is getting printed hexagon flooring, white shaker cabinetry with middle tower, a full vanity of tile that dies into their large walk in shower. This project is going to make this house feel out of this world!
