Minnezona Ave

Our Phoenix clients came to us wanting to update their home and make it more functional for their family of 3. They had a previous addition to the home by a previous owner that never really made the home make sense. The layout was weird with the kitchen in the front of the home and a dual living space that was divided by the old exterior walls. Our first design meeting was a huge success! We determined a floorplan that was going to change the flow of the home, make the three main parts of their home feel more cohesive and update all the finishes while we are eat it. First things first, were making the flooring throughout match so we don't have the separation of the old and new home. Were going to lighten up the walls and cabinetry to help bring more light into the space. We are in love with the two tone cabinetry in the kitchen and bar hutch, and can we take a moment to appreciate the tile work and light fixtures! Not only are we focusing on the interior of this home, but we are also giving the exterior a modernized face lift to really melt the home into the Arcadia neighborhood. We changed the roof to an Onyx shingle, a stunning white exterior paint, new modern garage door and beautiful stacked stone accented throughout the front. This is a true home remodel that we couldn't be more excited about!
